As the season is ready to start, we should look at our uniforms and equipment. Make the investment to look good and be protected. We should all dress professionally, the same, and be proud of our work. Remember, our uniform requirements are:
plain navy blue hat
navy undershirt
Navy jacket with powder and white shoulder piping (Thermal jacket option for COLD weather) OR Navy NYSSO jacket
Heather grey umpire pants - one for plate, one for bases OR one pair of combo pants (Alternate) NOT DOCKERS, DICKIES, OR CARGO
Black shoes - one pair for the plate, and one for the bases (not ones you wear to the grocery store, or to cut the lawn)
Blue or black socks
Black belt, no high gloss

Below I have listed some links of good softball equipment and uniform suppliers. Chuck is the best, and he is a former official with us.
Official Gear (USA softball) - I use this to buy my pants - grey Fechheimer umpire pants. I get them hemmed at a local dry cleaner.
